Growing up in a digital age allowed me to witness the beauty of the world right in my hands. I was able to experience not only the spaces immediately around me, but a world full of individual regions, countries and cultures. Each of which have their own rich and beautiful portions of life that can be expressed through images of nature and the human condition. Within the shutter of a camera, I gained such a curiosity and craving to experience life for everything it has to offer. This exposure drove me to push deeper into the world; to experience, explore, and endure every good and bad aspect that comes with being alive.  

 I use this drive and concept to fuel me as an artist. It is also the curiosity I have pushing me forward constantly exploring new techniques and ideas. 

 As an artist, I am drawn to the emotion and message expressed through variances in light and composition. With that said, I tend to produce pieces that flow with my emotions and interests, while also being very detail oriented and technically heavy. I employ my technical skills to manipulate light, naturally or artificially, as a means of conveying the human experience. These skills, coupled with my use of different composition techniques, allow me to take an idea or an object that interests me and give it not only an aesthetic beauty but deeper meaning and emotion as well.
